• Once an order is received, there is no turning back. Refunds or changes is not allowed.

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• If you would like to amend shipping address or message card, please call us at 011-2253618 (Monday to Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm), changes are requested 24 hours before the intended delivery day.
